I am an online/remote health and fitness coach. I specialize in helping busy women over 40 to feel strong, healthy and confident so they continue to perform at a high level as they age.

Sometimes, it’s a complete shit show! I show you how to make self-care a part of your life, no matter what else is going on.

You DON’T have to give up things you enjoy in order to lose weight and be healthy.
This is not a quick-fix program, a strict meal-plan, or a “Lose 10 pounds in 5 days” diet. You learn how to eat better and make healthier food choices, how to exercise in a way that meets your goals and abilities to help you enjoy movement, how to improve your mindset (Yep, long-term, sustainable change starts in your mind before it can start in your body!), how to rest and recover so you stay energized, how to manage stress so that you feel capable instead of overwhelmed, and I help you with strategies to practice what you learn.
I start by learning about your life, your needs and your goals. Then we’ll develop a personalized plan that will help you eat, move, and live better – in a way that fits into your everyday life.
How does it work?
We’ll do an assessment to help you get specific about your goals and the challenges that have stopped you from reaching those goals.
You will learn habits to help you overcome your challenges and I will help you put those habits into practice.
I will hold you accountable to your new habits through daily check-ins. These aren’t disruptive check-ins where you’ll have to take time out of your day to chat with me, but, of course, you can if you want to.
When you face obstacles, I will support you with strategies that will help you overcome those obstacles and get back on track.
You will get home-based or gym workouts that are customized to your goals and fitness level. If you already have your own exercise preferences, the workouts are optional and I can also help you tailor your current exercise program to better fit your time available and your goals.
You’ll get a private online account that is easily accessible on desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. The program also comes with an app for your smartphone or tablet.
You’ll learn better eating habits through lessons that you receive through your account, as well as one-on-one calls where you can also ask questions.
We’ll be able to privately message each other through your account as well.
In addition to my coaching support, you will also receive support, encouragement, and camaraderie from our private group.
