Our fitness coaching program is not a one-size-fits-all workout program. We provide workouts based on your goals, abilities, and needs.
We start by learning about your life, your needs and your goals. Then we’ll develop a personalized plan that will help you eat, move, and live better – in a way that fits into your everyday life.
Every day, through our online coaching platform, you’ll get a lesson and a habit to practice. You will receive an email each day letting you know what is waiting for you on the platform and reminding you to check in. The coaching platform can be viewed on desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
You’ll get regular feedback from me and, whatever obstacles arise, as your coach, I will help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions.
You’ll be able to reach out to me at anytime through the online coaching platform, with options to connect by phone, text, or video chat. I’ll regularly review your progress, offer insights, and check in with you to provide support and guidance.
