I've been involved with many weight loss programs. This is the first program where I have truly learned about nutrition and how to make healthy food choices myself without relying on points or a list of foods.
Being in a group setting with people like me makes it more fun and I get to hear what others are doing and what others are struggling with and that encourages me and makes me feel like I'm part of something positive. Because of the group, I am trying new activities and learning to cook. And if I need more support, I love that I can contact my coach anytime.
After just 4 weekly sessions, I am fitting into a pair of pants that haven't fit for a very long time. They are outdated, but I'm wearing them anyway because it makes me feel good!
